Please present the letter to the cashier upon checkout at Kroger. The cashier will scan the barcode with the Kroger Plus Card. Once a card is scanned with the Organization barcode, it will be active for the remainder of the program year of July 1, 2010-April 30, 2011. Each time you shop at Kroger using your enrolled Kroger Plus Card, Kroger will contribute a portion of their eligible purchases to the Kroger Neighbor to Neighbor fund.

We are looking for sponsors for the 7th Annual Buddy Walk. The Buddy Walk is a one-mile walk to promote the acceptance and inclusion of people with Down syndrome.
Some of the programs we now have because of community
support with Buddy Walk are Fun for Adults with Down
syndrome & other Special Needs(FADS) events, Sign
Language class for kids 0-5 years old, Handwriting
classes, and Summer Reading/Math class. We also have an annual education
conference for parents and teachers, this year we had DeAnna Horstmeier,
Teaching Math to people with Down syndrome.We also have social events several times a year and are able to help
send children to summer camps and/or weekend camps.
Buddy Walk is our major fundraiser and without the
support of businesses like yours this would not be possible.I would like to thank you in advance for your
consideration. We hope your organization can be a part of this worthwhile
community effort.
